Terms Of Service

  • Payments are accepted through Paypal (USD currency)

  • No refunds are allowed once payments are received.

  • Payment upfront is required for individual clients after the sketch has been approved.

  • For company work-related project, do contact me in advance for availability

  • I have the right to refuse the commission proposal if I see I can’t fulfill the standard.

  • Commission process takes between 2-3 weeks AFTER the payment has been made and the draft approved.

  • The non-commercial work will be for personal use only. Do not profit off of it nor use it commercially.

  • Credit must be given if you chose to use or upload your artwork somewhere.

  • PERSONAL COMMISSION is just for personal use of the commissioner only. Please do NOT claim, edit, trace, modify or alter the piece in any way.

  • Additional fees may be added for the following: Generally ornate armors, complicated weapons, extremely patterned outfits.

  • Being rude and disrespectful will not be tolerated.

  • The right to publish the work (the right of the creator to make the work public) will not be transferred.

  • Please note that the requested work may be used for the purpose of introducing our achievements. (in low quality)

  • If a date and time is specified when the work can be published, we promise to keep it private only for that period.

  • Also, please let us know in advance if you need the © mark of the rights holder when you publish your work on SNS or other media.

Transfer of rights for commercial use:

Proce for commercial use:

  • 1.5x multiplier for content creation assets such as Twitch alerts/panels.

  • 2x multiplier for when the art is not the bulk of the product, such as promotional artwork or package art.

  • 3x multiplier for when the art is the bulk or main focus of the product. Examples are charms, posters, pillows etc.

  • I accept stream assets, game illustrations, visual/ light novels, company work, official merch, promotional art, character design, vtuber related projects etc.

  • お支払いは　PayPal（米ドル）で受け付けております。

  • 一度お支払い頂いた後の返金はできませんので、ご了承ください。

  • 個人のご依頼の場合は、ラフ（下描き）をご確認いただいた後、前払いでのお支払いをお願いしております。

  • 企業様・法人案件につきましては、まず事前にご相談ください。スケジュールの確認をさせていただきます。

  • クオリティに見合わないと判断した場合、ご依頼をお断りすることがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

  • 制作期間は、お支払い完了・ラフの承認後から約１〜２週間を目安としております（ご依頼内容により前後します）。

  • 非商用イラストは私的利用のみに限ります。営利目的でのご利用・無断での商用利用はご遠慮ください。

  • イラストをご使用・公開される場合は、クレジット（作者名）の明記をお願いします。

  • パーソナルコミッション（個人依頼）は、依頼者ご本人の私的利用のみに限られます。
    　無断での加工、トレース、改変、自作発言等はご遠慮ください。

  • 以下のような複雑なデザインには、追加料金が発生する場合がございます：
    　装飾の多い鎧・複雑な武器・模様の細かい衣装など。

  • 無礼な態度や言動は受け付けておりません。円滑なやりとりのため、ご協力をお願いいたします。

ご依頼の形式（フォーマット）は「Contact（お問い合わせ）」ページに記載しております

描ける：

  • キャラクターのファンアート

  • オリジナルキャラクター（OC）やVTuberモデルのデザイン・創作

  • ​キャラクター設定資料（リファレンスシート）

描けない：

  • ​メカ、ケモノ（ファーリー）

  • R18作品（成人向け）

  • Twitchのアラートやパネルなど、配信系アセット向けの制作物：通常料金の 1.5倍

  • イラストが商品の主な内容ではない場合（例：プロモーション用アートやパッケージデザイン）：通常料金の 2倍

  • イラスト自体が商品の中心または主な要素となる場合（例：アクリルキーホルダー、ポスター、抱き枕カバーなど）：通常料金の 3倍

  • 対応可能な商用案件例：配信用アセット（Twitch・YouTube等）、ゲームイラスト、ビジュアルノベル・ライトノベル関連、企業案件・公式グッズ、プロモーションアート、キャラクターデザイン、VTuber関連のプロジェクト など

商用利用に関して

商用利用における権利について

  • 著作権のうち、「公表権（作品を公開する権利）」は譲渡されません。

  • 制作した作品は、実績紹介の目的で低解像度で公開させていただく場合があります。予めご了承ください。

  • 公開時期が指定されている場合は、その期間中は非公開を厳守いたします。

  • SNSやメディア等で作品をご使用の際、©権利者の表記が必要な場合は事前にお知らせください。

Work Process

  1. Send an email inquiry including the Order Format . 

  2. Once commission proposal is approved, I will begin the work process.

  3. A preview of the initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval or revisions.

  4. With the finalized sketch,  an invoice will be sent to the payment email provided. I will work on the rest of the commission once I have received the full payment.

  5. Updates will be given after every significant progress. A few minor and 2 major revisions are allowed during the phase, more revisions will be charged extra fees.

  6. The final full resolution artwork will be sent to you via email.

制作の流れ

  1. まずは、「ご依頼フォーマット」を記入の上、メールにてお問い合わせください。
    　お見積もりをお送りします。

  2. ご依頼内容が承認され次第、制作を開始いたします。

  3. 最初のラフ（下描き）を確認用にお送りします。
    　この段階での修正やご要望があればお伝えください。

  4. ラフが確定しましたら、ご指定のメールアドレス宛に請求書をお送りします。
    　お支払いの確認後、完成までの作業に入ります。

  5. 制作中は、進捗の節目ごとにご報告いたします。
    　この段階では、軽微な修正は数回まで、大きな修正は2回まで対応可能です。
    　それ以上の修正をご希望の場合は、追加料金が発生いたします。

  6. 最終的な高解像度の完成データは、メールにて納品いたします。

以下は基本料金です。内容により最終価格が変動する場合があります。

  • Bust-up:   $50
  • バストアップ:　約7500円

  • Skeb形式の依頼は通常のコミッションと異なり、お見積もり・ご入金が完了した時点で制作を開始いたします。

  • 修正対応・進捗報告は行っておりません。

  • 制作期間内に完成品を仕上げ、メールにて納品いたします。

  • 全身か上半身かはご指定いただけません。
    ご依頼内容（シチュエーション）に応じて、イラストの構図はこちらで判断させていただきます。

  • Unlike standard commissions, Skeb-liked requests follow the terms below:

  • Once the quote is confirmed and payment is completed, the work process will begin.

  • No revisions or progress updates will be provided during the process.

  • The final illustration will be delivered via email within the production timeframe.

  • You cannot choose between a full-body or half-body illustration.
    The composition will be decided by the artist based on the requested situation.

+ Backgrounds / characters: $40 to $100 (depends on the complexity)
+背景・追加キャラクター： 約6000円〜15000円（内容の複雑さにより異なります）
